Meet the Pros

	Mike Antonio Director of Golf Mike was elected to membership in the Professional Golfers Association September 1, 1984. Mike has been the Director of Golf at HHC since March 1, 2001. Before returning to HHC Mike was the Head Golf Professional at Norfolk Country Club in Norfolk, Nebraska for Eight Years. Before making his way to Norfolk, Mike was the teaching Professional from April 1989 to August of 1992, prior to that Mike was the first assistant at HHC from April 1985 to April 1989. Mike started his career in August of 1980 at Lakeshore Country Club in Council Bluffs Iowa (now known as Council Bluff C.C.) where he worked until the end of the 1984 golf season. Mike has twenty eight years of experience in the private country club sector. Mike's philosophy is make people feel at home. Treat people with respect and give them the best possible service with an atmosphere that is fun and relaxing. Mike is married to Linda and they have three children.
	Chris Cover Head Golf Professional Chris was elected to membership in the PGA June 15, 2007. Chris started his golf career at Norfolk Country Club in 1994 where he worked in the bag room and made his way into the first assistant position six years later. Chris played Junior College golf at Northeast Community College for two years and then attended Wayne State College where he graduated with a degree is Sports Management. Chris started at Happy Hollow Club in 2001 as the Second Assistant and has progressed into the Head Golf Professional position. Chris is the main contributor in leading a team of three assistant golf professionals, merchandise coordinator, a teaching professional and twenty bag room attendants. Chris brings an attention to detail and great service second to none for the members and guests of Happy Hollow Club. Chris is married to Mirinda and they have a two year old son.
	Amy Peterson Merchandise Coordinator Amy has been in the retail business for thirteen years, she started her career at the Limited Corporation as an assistant manager where she learned the fine art of selling and displaying merchandise. From there Amy moved on to The Buckle as an assistant manager where after six months she took over the Lincoln Gateway Mall store as the Manager. Amy helped produce over 3.2 million in sales. This Gateway Mall store had record breaking sales numbers under the direction of Amy. Amy became the Merchandise Coordinator for HHC in December of 2001. After the first year the sales increased 84% and since that first year, through the 2007 season, sales have increased 199% due to the leadership that Amy has brought to Happy Hollow Club. Amy gives a level of service and selection to the HHC members, golf and social, as well as guests, that makes them want to return over and over again to purchase for themselves as well as their loved ones. Amy is married to Scott and they have two boys seven and five years old.
	Chris Wiemers Teaching Professional Chris has been a PGA Professional for Chris came to HHC from Eagle Run Golf Course where he served as head professional and general manager for seven years. He also spent two years in Ewing, Nebraska as Head Professional at the Summerland Golf Club. Chris brings to Happy Hollow an array of experience in teaching any level of golfer. He has a complete understanding of the golf swing. Because of his many successes playing competitively, Chris can share his on-course knowledge to the student better their thinking and strategizing on the golf course. He has a wonderful ability to communicate to the student what is needed for them to improve and achieve their personal goals. Chris built and maintained over the years a junior program of over 700 children here in Omaha. His fresh ideas have truly enhanced our already successful program here at Happy Hollow. Chris is also the Creighton University Men's Golf coach. Chris is married to Mekenzie and they have 5 children.
	Tad Petersen Golf Professional Tad was elected to PGA membership on July 1, 2011. He is a graduate from The Golf Academy of America in Arizona where he received his degree in Golf Complex Management. Tad started his golf career at Western Skies Golf Club in Gilbert, AZ in 2006 as an outside service attendant. After a season at Dismal River Club in the Sand Hills of Nebraska and a winter season at Superstition Mountain in Arizona, Tad landed at Happy Hollow Club in 2008. Tad is a very energetic young man with great artistic skills. He brings a great personal touch to the memberships wants and needs.
